Michael McBride, P.C. was established in 1997.  This Firm is devoted to resolving its client's legal matters both through aggressive litigation and thoughtful negotiation.  Most of the Firm's work relates to a pending bankruptcy case, typically that of a business in a Chapter 11 reorganization.  Michael, the Firm's founder, has been honored to work for clients for over twenty-two years on cases involving all aspects of bankruptcy law and related litigation. While the majority of the Firm's work has been for creditors that become involved in bankruptcy matters, it is not unusual for the Firm to accept representation of an appropriate business debtor.
