• Recently represented an equipment lessor and service provider in the bankruptcy of a major insurance company. We succeeded in obtaining the rejection of the lease and the return of leased equipment which was located in several states. Negotiated a significant allowed administrative priority claim which was subsequently paid in full.

• Assisted in locating and the repossession of the client's leased computer equipment that had been abandoned at numerous shopping malls in 5 different states.

• Reached a settlement for our client with a major high-tech debtor that covered transition of leased equipment from liquidating company back to our client. As a result of the settlement our client received in excess of $500,000 as an allowed administrative priority claim and an allowed general unsecured claim of over $1.4 million as well as the return of the equipment.

• Represent institutional lenders in various bankruptcy matters across Texas.

• Regularly represent several local automobile dealerships when their customers file personal bankruptcies.
