Kathleen has recently returned to the states having had a sabbatical in London for the past 2 years. Prior to that, Kathleen had her own law firm for 12 years. Her past experience has been concentrated on representing debtor bankruptcy cases, and handling collection matters. She has handled numerous adversary proceedings for her clients. Her experience in representing debtors gives her a unique perspective for understanding the rights and responsibilities of both debtors and creditors in our larger, complex bankruptcy cases.
