Leslie represents a number of lessors and lenders of personal property
in bankruptcy matters. She has handled matters relating to workouts, preference
defense, objections to various proofs of claims, and defense of alleged
unauthorized withdrawals and breach of automatic stays.
She joined JMM, P.C. after practicing with another Texas law firm, where
she represented clients in both, business and personal litigation, collection
and bankruptcy matters, with a focus on creditors' rights. Leslie has
represented numerous financial and lending institutions with the collection
of debts through every stage of the collection process in both bankruptcy
and state court.
